If the goods are not delivered or are delivered in unacceptable condition or damaged by the post office, do not delay and send us a message as soon as possible. In the case of damage to the product, photograph the damaged goods and submit with your message for use as supporting documentation. Upon approval, a new product will be immediately shipped.
If any problems with delivery are incurred, we will verify your tracking information and should there stand good reason to justify undelivery, a new product will be sent. In the event that a delivery fails more than twice, as per seller policy, a 100% refund to the buyer would incur a deduction of the international shipping fee costs. Whatever amount is remaining would be refunded to the buyer and a confirmation message will be sent.
